Will your masks come in more sizes?
We have only one size now as this size fits most people. But, we are always looking to improve the fit and comfort of our masks, and we're always happy to hear from you!
Do you ship internationally?
We provide free shipping to Singapore addresses for all orders above $40, but we are currently unable to ship internationally due to the Covid-19 situation.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve changed your mind, please drop us an e-mail with your order number at satkimasks@gmail.com within 24 hours so that we can cancel your order.
I didn't order this leh, what should I do ah?

The item I want is out of stock, how ah?
We create our masks in limited batch runs as this allows us to ensure that the quality is tok kong yet keep prices reasonable.
How to care for the mask?
We recommend that you hand-wash the masks in cool water (<40˚C) with a gentle detergent, then leave the mask to air dry.
How will I get my mask?
We’ve got a courier system so that none of your masks get lost in the mail! We hate lost mail and love a good personal touch.
Where is Satki Masks based?
We are based on the Little Red Dot! We are proudly raised and based in Singapore.
How long will it take to get my order?
Deliveries to Singapore addresses will take 2-5 working days from the date of purchase.
What makes Satki Masks so comfortable?
We use head loops instead of ear loops so your ears won't hurt.
